R-A-N-D-O-M
Oct. 2nd, 2003 01:12 amWe have two shows in the TV station now! We filmed our first episode of our sports show tonight, and hopefully everyone won't flake out on me and will come in on Saturday and film sports stuff. Yay!
I'm avoiding the whole slip-into-depression thing quite nicely, I must say. I'm afraid it's just around the corner, though. That scares me. But we won't talk about that.
Going home this weekend, it's my sister's birthday, so yay. I miss my family.
Umm...other than that...Angel was good tonight. Gunn is teh hot (liek OMG!) and the show has reached new levels of gayness. Yay.
Someone pointed out that Angel was not at all bothered by the killing people thing. Could this maybe have something to do with the mindswipe? If they're all back at season 2, Angel was still kinda beige, right? ETA: But then, I'm an idiot. He's the only one who's mind wasn't swiped. I tried, right?
I really hope they deal with the whole mindswipe thing rather than letting it all go away. It just makes my head spin.
Also, I am already skeptical about the whole Angel working during the day and helping the nine-to-five crowd. Because my favorite episode of Angel is In the Dark, and you know the whole speech to Doyle about helping the lost souls in the night yadayadayadaness. So, Angel forgetting all of that and helping the nine-to-fivers really doesn't fly with me. My broody boy helps the helpless!!!!!!!111!!!! But as Chris pointed out, hopefully it will bring about much more of the moral ambiguity I love so much, and all will be right with the world. Also, if he's working during both the day and the night, does he just not have to sleep anymore??
But, how great would it be to see Angel completely forget he can't go outside in the daytime and, y'know, get his hand or foot or other extremity singed? Just sayin'.
That is all.
