Important things to note today:

1. FRIDAY! PAYDAY! WOOOOOO!

2. Andrew Jackson had a big block of cheese, and thank you Leo McGarry for helping me to mildly kick ass at Trivial Pursuit last night. (We so would have won if *someone* hadn't gotten all tired and stuff. Pshaw. I really miss late night games of Trivial Pursuit from 1981). In honor, I watched 'The Crackpots and these Women' from S1 TWW when I got home, and I gotta say, that one would probably be pretty high up on my list of favorite episodes if it weren't for that whole "Gee golly gosh! Look at these here liberated womens!" thing at the end. :p

3. Apparently, according to Hillary Duff anyway, I grew up in the ghetto. I didn't think I could hate anyone related to that whole group of people more than the one twin who called us all white trash, but it seems that I can. Is she really that stupid?

4. I'm volunteering with Ashley at a local music festival tomorrow. Music, free food, sunshine, and (hopefully) cool people. Should be a good time.

5. I'm working tonight, and Sunday. Which kinda sucks, but whatever. I'm resigned to the fact that my manager hates me. It shouldn't last too much longer, anyway. Also, I just remembered, I have no idea what the store's hours are on July 4. I didn't request off, I hope I don't have to work. Eeeep!

6. I know I had something else to say this morning. Consider this a placeholder.

The odd thing is...Joel is actually from La Plata. Isn't La Plata "nicer" than Waldorf anyway? Morons. People are just morons. The house he grew up in is a whole lot nicer than most houses in PG!

So you have dabbled in some Trivial Pursuit? You and I really need to face off with my TP one day. Let alone...face off in Scrabble.

I think they lived in Waldorf, but they went to La Plata High School. I'm not too clear on the details. :p

We really do need to have a board game night, soon. I will so kick your ass. ;)

When we went to their house I remember my friend explaining it was just outside of Waldorf. I mean you could be right, and it was in a less suburbia area of Waldorf.

I think my mom put like all our board games up in Newport (I know that is where our Scrabble & Scattegories reside), but I'll see if she has any lurking still at their house.

Hehehe. You went to their house? ;)

I have no idea where they lived. I just know that there are plenty of places in Waldorf that send you to La Plata HS. But it is quite possible that they lived in La Plata, it's only about four miles wide or something. :p

I'll make a long story short:
It was already after they had moved to Annapolis, and Trish's (I think you might have met her once, she works at Riordans) boyfriend was managing Acme, so him and Bengy had to go get crap from the twins house in Waldorf from their mom for a show at Acme that was going on, and Trish and I being the oh so helpful girlfriends were forced into going along for the ride. It kind of reminded me of Carroll County, out where they lived.

I have the one that is like the "Last 25 Years" or something. Sam & I tried to play it like sophomore year of college, we sucked. But it is about time I tackle that game again :)

As long as there is no Monopoly, I am gold on that idea.

Pictionary is fun. I'd be up for something like that. And if we can get a hold of a Scrabble or Scattegories or something, that'd be awesome, too.

I'm not a huge fan of Scrabble, but from what I remember, I loved Scattergories and Pictionary.

I know Racheal had that Pictionary we used to have in the apartment, I'll see if I can get her to bring it. Scattegories is fun, too, but I think I only used to have Scattegories, Jr., which was less fun, and also I don't know where it is.

We could always see if Ashley can find her copy of Claytionary. ;)

I keep forgetting. She's out of town right now. I can ask my sister to check when she goes back to my parents house tomorrow.

Gotta ask: WTF is "Claytionary"?

Pictionary: You draw a picture, people guess what it is
"Claytionary": You make something out of clay, people guess what it is

Not the real name, I don't think. But that's what we call it.
