So, I worked all weekend, so no fun Halloween things for me. Joy of joys. I do, however, have the kind of awesome friends who stay the night at your house and then get up early, steal your keys, go looking for a grocery store, and come back to make you a huge pancake and eggs breakfast. So that's a plus, anyway. ;)

I've been meaning to post about this forever, but for my McDaniel Bookstore people: I called Kyle and Vickie last week to thank them for saying nice things about me when my new manager at B&N called, and they told me that it's all Babywatch all the time over there. Apparently, Amy's due in about two and a half weeks, and Kyle is driving Vickie crazy. I say we road trip up to school when Racheal gets back to see the baby. I really can't wait to see Kyle as a dad. :p

List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your Livejournal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to.

1. Rilo Kiley - A Better Son/Daughter
2. Rachael Yamagata - Collide
3. Rilo Kiley - Science vs. Romance
4. Fiona Apple - Parting Gift
5. Death Cab for Cutie - Summer Skin
6. Embrace - Ashes
7. Weezer - Beverly Hills

Not tagging anyone, because I never do. :p

And as a musical side note, how weird is it to hear Tom McRae's "A Day Like Today" on a commercial for the Pontiac G6? Very weird, indeed.

Man, this whole daylight savings thing is really throwing me off this year. Only about half the clocks in the office have been changed, and I keep thinking it's an hour later than it is, which would be nice because then I could go home. ALAS.

No, dude. I didn't even like that song at first, and now I can't get it out of my head, and when it comes on the radio, I turn it up and sing GIMMIE, GIMMIE at the top of my lungs! It's crazy, man.

And don't even lie. You never had any respect for me. :p
