the next one up, a contemptible snob
Oct. 25th, 2005 09:47 amI swear, there is other stuff in my life besides television. :p
So I know I said I was going to stop watching this show, but the Pretty is just too much for me to miss out on. Anyway.
I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO KILL THAT DAMN CAT!!! I bet Racheal freaked out when she saw that last night. But as soon as I saw that cat running around a prison yard, I knew it was doomed. I figured it was going to be the only way Michael would get Westmoreland on board.
I was completely spoiled for the VP thing, but that was still pretty cool. I must admit, that's a neat twist, and I'm finally interested in the conspiracy. Now if only they'll just kill off Robin Tunney and her sidekick and let Michael figure the whole thing out when he busts out, I'll be really interested.
I did not, however, see the thing with LJ's parents coming. That actually shocked me a little. And LJ didn't bug me at all in this episode, so maybe there's hope for him yet!
Also, I hope T-Bag dies soon. I kinda want to see Michael be the one who has to kill him. That'd be an interesting twist. I mean, Sucre or Abruzzi or Lincoln could do it, but I'd love to see it come down to Michael having the opportunity, and if he doesn't do it the whole thing is blown. What's more important to him, you know?
...I didn't know I'd have that much to say. Not that it's a lot, but you know, Wentworth's pretty. My enjoyment of the show doesn't usually run much deeper than that. ;)
In other news, I have to work today from 8:30 a.m. to midnight, with my only break coming from 5-6 p.m. Brilliant, Heather, just brilliant. You see why I have nothing else to talk about but TV?

Date: 2005-10-25 05:44 pm (UTC)But yeah, I am glad the show's picking up at least a little bit. It's still on the predictable side, but at least I'm enjoying it for something other than the Wentworth factor. ;)

Aside from that, yeah. T-Bag's gotta die, and it would be grat if Michael did the deed.
And while LJ himself didn't bother me, his segment did. Because calling 911 on most cells can be done with less that four keystrokes (my old one was three), and because he still had to hit a button to take the picture, and the agent should have seen that.

On my old phone all you had to do was press and hold 9 and it would call 911 for you. I mean, if you set it up to work that way, which I didn't, because I'm the type who would constantly be accidentally calling the police. :p
And I'm kind of really hoping it's Michael who kills T-Bag now. I kinda think they'll do it that way, too.

Date: 2005-10-26 07:48 am (UTC)Yeah, I watched the first one, then I never got to see if again! Well, i think I saw another one in there sometime, but I basically missed most of it.

Date: 2005-10-26 03:11 pm (UTC)It's not hard to catch up, they do a really long "previously on" thing at the beginning the goes over the main plot points, and it's pretty exposition-heavy throughout. :) Plus, PRETTY BOYS.

I was looking at IMDb and I think the chick from the dog episode is going to be in this one. And the awesome equal-opportunity confisicator study hall teacher. So yay. For him, not creepy Hot Dogs girl. :p She's creepy.
