I did absolutely nothing today.
Both of my classes were cancelled, as they are taught by the same professor. So I didn't have to get up for class. In fact, I almost didn't leave the apartment until it was time for work.
And then the plan was to come back and clean my room, hang some posters downstairs, and finish my homework. I'm 0 for 3 on that count. My room is almost as messy as it was before, the posters are all strewn about the floor downstairs, and my homework is still sitting in my bag waiting to be completed.
I'm not really sure what I did do today. I think I went to Target, but I don't remember what I bought, cause I forgot to buy soda for my sister. I visited Racheal briefly in the bookstore, but I skipped out on a tourguide meeting at 4. (It was cold! And rainy! Jake just wasn't enough of an incentive to walk all the way down there today.)
But my mom and my sister are coming up tomorrow night. My sister is staying the weekend, though I'm not really sure what we'll do. I figure a movie, maybe some pumpkin carving, possibly the haunted hayride thingie on the other end of town. She said she wanted to go shopping for some shoes, so that sounds like enough stuff to fill up a weekend, right? I wish there was more to do around here this weekend so she could see cool college-y stuff and be tempted to actually do well in school and go to college herself, rather than the method she's been employing lately, which is pretty much the opposite of that.
I'm excited for them to finally see my apartment, though. I was starting to worry that I'd live here for two years and the first time any of them would see it would be at graduation when they were moving me out.
Since I'm obviously not going to clean my room now, I should go to bed. I think I have a few hours between stuff to take care of it tomorrow, and if I don't go to sleep now, I'll sleep through Editing&Desktop Publishing again and that would make everyone very sad. Well, probably just Mark, but still. Sleep.
