1. Went to dinner with my uncle on Thursday night at a delightfully tacky restaurant in Dupont called Bucca di Beppo. Ate soooo much food, including the best pizza ever, this really good lemony chicken thing, and orgasm-inducing cheesepie. We've decided to make a dinner date at least once a month.

2. Had an awesome time Saturday night with Ashley and Racheal in Annapolis. We ate at a cute little restaurant near the docks and heard a fabulous acoustic cover singer. He sang "In Your Eyes" and I was completely won over. I don't even like that song, and he just made it so. Guh. I don't know. Good. We listened to lots of good music in Ashley's car and made fun of Good Charlotte incessantly.

3. Have had "We Will Become Silhouettes" stuck in my head since Saturday night. I went to buy the CD at Record and Tape tonight and they only had singles. I'm mad and am now considering just buying it on Amazon. Anyone have that song they'd care to send to me and save my poor troubled brain? ETA: Shane to the rescue!

4. Pantsless!Logan tonight!

5. Heard a rumor that my gay boyfriend will be in town on Wednesday. *fingers crossed*

6. Field trip on Saturday to DC. We have to do a museum-eat-authentic-food thing in the morning, but the afternoon is ours. Can't decide where to go, museums, the mall, archives, visit my uncle at work, or something equally fun and amusing. Suggestions?

7. In no way shape or form did I spend my library hours tonight digging up and placing holds on old Babysitter's Club books. (Except I totally did. I ordered the ones where Dawn moves to California, cause Dawn was totally my girl back in the day, man. Plus I think I got a couple of the Stacey ones.)

8. I got a poster of The Braff in the mail today. Actually, it's the Garden State movie poster, but you know. Same diff. ;)

1) ohhhhhhhh, now you have me craving pizza, but mostly likely i'll just have to settle for pizza hut.

2) since there was a long line at obriens, i think we should go there next, just in case there is something super awesome going on, hehe. but definately i want to see that guy play again. i'm so in love with his voice and musical taste, hehe.

i get out of class right at 4:30. maybe it you leave at like 4:31 i can come, hehe. i can haul ass back to my apartment though. i would love to come. i thought it was so weird that when i first told you that you weren't the one picking him up, hehe. and here it is the day before, and he calls you to pick him up. i had a feeling that would happen.

His aunt was apparently supposed to pick him up, but she called this morning and told him should couldn't or wouldn't or something, I don't know. I'm sure he'll tell us all about it tomorrow. :P

There was this one table that sat about 12 that had a lazy susan in the middle with a plastic casing around a bust of the pope. I don't see how a place could get much better than that. :P

hopping around the museums is always fun. the last time i was in dc i ended up at some sort of art show opening, my companion and i drank champagne, talked to an old but young-spirited woman, and a bald dude with a tuban on his head. then we went to the national art museum and swept through it under the lead of a nice gay boy before it closed. and i'm sure there's more that happened but it was so much.

but yeah..i love museums. by the way : you = on my friends list.

yeah, I'm thinking a museum day will be pretty awesome. I haven't been to some of them in forever. We're going to the new American Indian museum for my class, but I hear it isn't that great yet, so maybe I'll sneak over to the Natural or American history museums.
