Okay, first and foremost, www.everclearonline.com is back! Thank you [livejournal.com profile] kill_the_sun for that bit of information.

Secondly, and almost as important, there is an Everclear show scheduled for November 7 at the 9:30 Club in DC. Tickets aren't on sale yet, so I don't know how much, but I'm going, because I lamented only seeing them twice before they "broke up" and now I'm not going to let another opportunity to see them live pass by. So who wants to go with me? Aster? [livejournal.com profile] dramacomic?

Yay!!

And now the pressing question of the day: should I go to Evol. of Amer. Freedom? Cause in all likelihood, Bryn will only talk about baseball and voting machines for an hour and we'll never actually talk about the reading I didn't do. It seems like a waste of an hour, especially when I could spend it here. Doing nothing. Hmmmmm.

Cold and rainy days suck, man. (But! Are You In by Incubus is my favorite rainy day song. Don't think it's about rain, but it always makes me think of rain. And I have to listen to it when it's raining. And yeah!)

it's gross outside, man. I'm skipping class partly cause I don't wanna go back out there.

I'm gonna edit tomorrow after work, sometime around 2, if you would like to join me. Or I could meet you down there aroudn 3ish today if you still want to edit.

Or we could forget about it entirely since it's so sucky cold outside.

I don't know what my work schedule's gonna be like, but YES I'd love to go. Even if I do have to work, I could probably make it late (unless it's an early show).

Thanks for bearing me in mind! I'll keep you posted

Yay for skipping class. Without really meaning to I didn't get to a single one today. It's just too icky out to care.

So, see the thing about the everclear concert (which I want to go to, I'm still bitter that all my friends went without me in highschool. twice! fuckers.) is money. 'cause, see, there's a pixies concert in december that I want to go to, and then the potential west virginia concert thing (ben and/or ani) and somewhere along the way I may wind up broke. But otherwise: yes.
The other person you should ask? Mark, because he's been playing So Much For the Afterglow really loud through my wall for the last few weeks. I tihnk you converted him.

I, of course can't go to an Everclear concert, though I am praying I somehow become rich so I can go to one.

And so, I have devised a plan.

You: join the fanclub > obtain backstage passes > kidnap Art > bring him to me > get a cookie!

What kind of cookie?

We should start a collection. The send-poor-college-students-to-see-their-favorite-band collection. I think it'll work out well.
