evergleamHey! Today was actually a really good day. :)
Firstly, it was payday, and payday means I can get good food to cook as soon as I move back into my apartment this weekend. I got my keys from the RLC today, and I'm moving in tomorrow, and I'm actually excited. I miss my apartment so. I'm hoping I can get everything done tomorrow and spend Sunday unpacking and stuff. Yes.
Also, today the tours I gave were huuuuuge, but went really well, and Brock and I actually got applauded at the end of the afternoon tour. Cause we give the Best Tour Ever. And New Guy came on both of our tours to continue to get a better idea of what's on campus and all that good stuff. He's cute and always holds the door open for me. ;)
Speaking of the New Guy, he was hired to replace a counsler that left at the beginning of the summer. She's young and wanted to leave to do some traveling with some company. Today, my boss informed us that she hated her job and will be coming back to the office on Monday. Another counsler retired recently, and so there was an opening, so she's coming back. Which is luuuurvely, because she is so much fun and makes the office so much more fun and what could be better than having both Gina and the New Guy? That's right, nothing. (Except maybe the New Guy telling me that he can't stop thinking about me and we must run away to Tahiti together immediately. That might be better.)
I also finally got a hold of my mother, and she's completed the first day of her 3Day breast cancer walk. I'm so proud of her. She sounds like she's having a wonderful time, and they finally figured out where it's going to end, so I can meet up with my family on Sunday for the closing ceremony. Very excited. She wants me to do it with her in two years, and I think I just might.
Chris is supposed to be here half an hour ago, so whenever she does get here we will probably watch an episode or two of Farscape and discuss moving plans for tomorrow.
