randomness instead of sleepingness
Nov. 11th, 2003 02:11 amI've stayed up way too late. Surprise surprise.
I had a pretty yucky day, complete with tests, missing class, not finishing a draft for advanced comp, and a near meltdown when my computer stopped working.
But it's over now!
I haven't been able to get a hold of my mother for the past week or so, and I got a phone call from my sister this evening that really bothers me. I have to chew on this whole thing awhile before I say anything about it, but suffice it to say that something drastic is going to have to change in that household, and soon. And I'm afraid that I'm going to have to be the one to initiate it.
I registered for classes today. My spring schedule looks like this:
MW:
1:50-2:50 - Professional Communication
3:00-4:30 - Major Figures: Atwood & Woolf
4:30-6:00 - Creative Writing--Fiction
TTH:
1:20-2:50 - America Since 1945
F:
1:50-2:50 - Professional Communication
So, while I have class for four straight hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, I don't have class at all before 1pm, and only one class on Fridays. This is a good schedule. Especially since it means I can work in the mornings, or even *GASP* sleep in one or two days a week. Also, the guy who teaches my history class is supposed to be really great. I'm actually kind of upset about missing out on a class with Dr. Regis cause she's the best teacher ever, but I couldn't justify taking Whitman & Dickinson with her, because I don't think we'd learn anything that I didn't learn in the other two classes I took with her. Plus I really wanted to take the Atwood and Woolf course. I'm missing out on a really interesting history course for it.
And finally, I love
sihaya09! And not just because she is teh hott. ;)
