So, I've been working on a bunch of random icons trying to learn how to use Photoshop and all, and I thought I'd post a few and see what you all think. Feedback, people, I need feedback! :) Also, if you know of any cool Photoshop tricks that would make any of these look better, do tell. I'm eager to learn. :)

Thank you. :) I thought Everclear lyrics fit nicely with Buffy. ;)

I should make some Faith icons. Faith is awesome.

And I think SMG's smile looks fake in photo shoots, a lot, too. I think that's why they usually make her look pouty or sexy or anything but smiley. :P

They look good...a few could use a little boost in contrast (the first, third, and fourth here look a little faded), IMO, but that all depends on the effect you're going for. That's my only criticism on these, and it's rather subjective to boot.
Oh, and I agree that SMG should not smile in photo shoots, but that's really got nothing to do with the quality of your icon-making.

Well thank you dahlink. :) The first one I was going for a monochromatic look, but I agree the that others could use a boost in contrast or something to that effect.
