I'd still rather people that don't know anything about the issues just stay at home and watch The O.C. than vote. Yeah, voting is important...but, frankly, a lot of people shouldn't vote. Because a vote based on "my friends are all voting for him" or some crap like that is what makes our election system a joke.
...that, and the fact that an individual's vote really doesn't matter, as 2000 proved. I'm a cynical bastard, I know, but the cynical outlook has been looking more and more like a realist view of late...
