As far as I can tell, Sarbanes is mum on the issue. But hey-- the bill was struck down in the senate, 10 votes short, at least for now.

Agreed. It's one of the few issues, possibly the only one, where I simply will not listen to opposing viewpoints, because people with opposing viewpoints are wrong.

Seriously. Thinking about it makes me fume. And then I can't speak very eloquently and no one wants to listen to me anyway. :P
