The only thing that would make it better is if Kate Winslet could get nominated again. You know, just for being herself. I suppose I'll be happy so long as she shows up looking fabulous as always. Also. Peter. If Peter Sarsgaard isn't snubbed. Jake Gyllenhaal, too. Yes.

When do the nominations come out? Anyone know?

Hee. I got a friend who calls every single actor she likes by their first name, and I'm always nagging her about it. :P

Technically, I like Peter Sarsgaard, but I've never seen him play a character that I really loved, which is why he hasn't reached loving status. Well, at least not yet.

And I don't care for Jake Gyllenhaal AT ALL. It's his ugly voice. I have a thing about voices. And his? GAAAH.

It's funny, too, because I usually don't refer to them by only their first name, because it's just weird. But for some reason, in this entire post, I decided last names weren't applicable. Or something. :p

It's true, Peter Sarsgaard doesn't usually pick likeable characters, but there's something about him that I find intensely watchable. He has that watchable quality. ;)

I hadn't noticed jake Gyllenhaal's ugly voice. You better believe the next time I see him in something I will, though. :p It's okay. I still quite enjoy his dimples. ;)

So cool! I'm really actually excited to watch this year, even though I will be horribly disappointed, as I always am. I still haven't forgiven the Oscars (and Adrien Brody, for that matter :p) for not giving Daniel Day-Lewis an award for Gangs of New York. I think every year I just pick the people I like, and thus the people who have no chance to win. I'm bad luck, apparently. :p
